Who We Are
RNR is a not for profit, non-partisan organization that delivers practical aid and assistance to disadvantaged children and their families. As a non-partisan organization, we are not governed by partisan politics, but rather by our donors, who are inspired by the children and families we help to foster. Joyce Turner, Member of the Board
Joyce Turner is the former Deputy Director of the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). In her position she provided technical assistance, training, and staff oversight to more than 350 child support agencies to assist them in complying with federal laws, regulations, and guidance. Joyce held the position of Deputy Director from 2008 until 2011 and was nominated by President Obama to serve as the Director of OCSE on August 15, 2011. On April 4, 2012, Ms. Turner was confirmed by the U.S. Senate and began her term as the next Director of OCSE on May 1, 2012.
Prior to OCSE, Ms. Turner served as the Director of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) from 2002 until 2008. She held a number of senior leadership positions at ACF during her tenure and 01e38acffe
